The "Al-Moatamer" platform, approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, highlighted the services provided to the guests of Allah during the "Hajj Expo" to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 programs.
The platform offers a package of services and information for pilgrims and visitors, enabling them to perform their rituals with ease and comfort. It contributes to raising the quality of services provided and enriching their religious and cultural experience. Among the services are issuing visas, booking packages and programs electronically, in addition to interactive maps, a customized calendar for offers and activities, a digital guide for all instructions in multiple languages, and providing health information and services. It also enables service providers to display their services electronically to pilgrims and visitors, all through the presence of more than 100 companies and institutions licensed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
